A Fellow of the ICAN, she holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance. She started her career with Price Waterhouse before she moved on to start a banking career in 1992.

She acquired a very rich range of experiences in her banking career spanning several roles including Operations, Inspection & Controls, Risk Management, Strategy & Transformation, People Strategy.

She was actively involved in a number of very high impact projects, including banking software implementation, business process reengineering, strategy conceptualization, fund raising from a foreign consortium of investors, organizational rebranding project, business transformation, among several others.

As the Founder of Stratica as well as Bradshaw Abels, she has successfully implemented several client projects across different industries.

She is quite passionate about working with organizations and individuals to keep developing and expanding their capacities to attain their full potentials.

An alumnus of the Lagos Business School, IMD Lausanne, INSEAD France, Cranfield UK and Institute of Risk Management UK, she serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of two organizations.

She is also the author of the book, People As Assets: Building High Performance Organizations.
