Olaolu is an Associate of the ICAN and holds a BSc in Engineering Physics, as well as an MBA.

His experience in the banking industry spanned 16 years in diverse roles across financial control marketing, relationship management and credit management. 

His direct interaction with organizations of varying sizes and businesses has afforded him a deep understanding of issues and challenges that organizations grapple with in pursuing their operational and strategic goals.  

He has led projects in planning and implementing strategic HR initiatives with a very practical and impactful approach. 

Olaolu has expertise in the area of the interactions that must exist between the business, operational and the financial functions to achieve the best synergy for an organization.

 His interests are in people strategy, leadership, consumer behavior and services marketing.
